How to Adjust Suspension Firmness
- Locate the 6mm hex adjusting screw at the bottom of the seatpost.
- Turn clockwise to increase spring preload (firmer ride — recommended for heavier riders or smoother roads).
- Turn counterclockwise to decrease preload (softer ride — recommended for lighter riders or rough terrain).
- Do not extend the adjusting screw more than 5mm outward to prevent it from falling out.
