Compatible with most hydraulic disc brake calipers, including:

• SHIMANO MTB / Road 2-piston brake calipers
• SHIMANO 4-piston brake calipers
• SRAM 2-piston / 4-piston brake calipers
• Most calipers with an open upper structure and a centered brake pad retaining bolt
• Also suitable for many mainstream 2/4-piston calipers such as Shimano, SRAM, Magura, Hope and similar designs

How to Use

1. Remove the worn brake pads and the pad retaining bolt from the caliper.
2. Insert the piston reset tool into the brake caliper and align the tool hole with the pad retaining bolt hole.
3. Install the pad retaining bolt to secure the tool in place.
4. Turn the handle clockwise to expand the tool and push the pistons back evenly.
5. Once the pistons are reset, turn the handle counterclockwise to retract the tool.
6. Remove the retaining bolt, then take out the tool.

Note

Do not pull the tool out by force before loosening the screw mechanism. Always retract the tool first to avoid damaging the caliper or the tool.
